Terms of use

Last updated: May 18, 2026

1. Purpose

These terms govern use of Aura Influences (“Aura”), a platform for creating virtual influencers and generating AI-assisted content.

2. Acceptance

By creating an Aura account you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Aura. By signing up you warrant that you have legal capacity to contract.

4. User account

You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Any activity from your account is presumed to be yours. You must immediately report unauthorized use to jonathanpugnat@gmail.com.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Aura to:

  • Generate illegal, defamatory, hateful content or content that infringes others’ rights
  • Create influencers resembling real people without their consent
  • Generate child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance, systematic reporting)
  • Distribute misleading content without disclosing that it is synthetic
  • Attempt to access third-party accounts or Aura’s infrastructure
  • Resell access to the service or its generations as white-label without agreement

Any breach results in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Generated content

You retain intellectual property in content you generate via Aura, within the limits of the underlying AI models (Replicate, Anthropic, Google). Aura reserves an anonymized, aggregated usage right to improve the service.

Transparency: under the EU AI Act, you agree to disclose the synthetic nature of generated content when you publish it on third-party platforms.

7. Subscription and billing

Aura offers free and paid plans. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You may cancel at any time from billing — access continues until the end of the current period.

No refunds are granted for started periods, except as required by law (14-day withdrawal for the first subscription, unless you have used paid credit).

8. Availability

Aura is provided “as is”. No 24/7 availability guarantee is offered during beta. If an outage lasts more than 24 hours, compensatory credits may be granted on request.

9. Liability

Aura’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Aura is not liable for how you use generated content, nor for consequences of publishing on third-party platforms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
