Delete your data

Compliant with GDPR (Art. 17) and the California CCPA

You may at any time request complete deletion of your Aura Influences account and all associated data (influencers created, generated content, billing history, connected social accounts).

Email procedure

  1. Send an email to jonathanpugnat@gmail.com

  2. Subject: “Data deletion request — Aura”

  3. Message body: include the email address you used to create your Aura account. No other information is required.

Tip: you can click the email above — your mail client will open a pre-filled draft.

Timeline

Your request is processed within 7 business days and all your data is deleted from our systems (and subprocessors) within a maximum of 30 days.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete. Encrypted backups automatically expire within 90 days.

What will be deleted

  • Your user profile (email, name, preferences)
  • All your virtual influencers and their configurations
  • All generated content (photos, videos, drafts)
  • Social accounts you had connected
  • OAuth access tokens (Instagram, etc.) are revoked
  • Your analytics and personalization data

What may be retained

  • Accounting records (Stripe invoices) — kept 10 years, legal obligation under the French Commercial Code
  • Anonymized security logs — kept 12 months for abuse detection

Retained data can no longer identify you personally.

Third-party platforms

Deletion on Aura does not automatically erase content you published on Instagram, TikTok or other platforms. You must delete it directly on those platforms.

Complaints

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL at cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.
